Why have we chosen the bee-eater as our Domaine\u2019s emblem?<\/p>\n

Because we have fallen under the spell of this bird\u2019s shimmering colours and sociable nature,
\nWe live alongside this magnificent species at the foot of “Pierre Aiguille”, one of the best places in France for migratory bird-watching,<\/p>\n

We appreciate the solidarity of the bee-eater with its mate, just like the solidarity in our family,
\nWe share the same adventurous spirit when it comes to migration, as we migrated here from our homeland in 2001.
\nWe pay special attention to the ecosystem of our emblem bird and are committed to protecting the environment.
\nWe are particularly impressed by the work of the LPO (Bird Protection League) protecting the birds and raising awareness among visitors.<\/p>\n
